In 2002 a few employees and their families were dealing with some serious health issues. It was then that a small group formed hoping to make a difference and raise money for charitable organizations. Over the years we've participated in many events including Light the Night Walk, the Walk MS, and the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure at North Park.

We have adopted angels from the Salvation Army Angel Tree, donated toys to Our Children's House at Baylor, and collected canned food for the North Texas Food Bank. The physicians at POD over the years have generously matched our donations dollar for dollar. We have donation boxes at our check in and check out area. We greatly appreciate every donation.

Our group, now known as the POD Squad, has grown to include most of the employees. Our priority this year is the Food 4 Kids program with the North Texas Food Bank, the Walk MS, the Genesis Women's Shelter, and the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure.
